Lochinvar Camp, Central Zambia

The exotic and beautiful Lochinvar Camp is an African fantasy under canvas. The experience of living in the same environment as the wildlife offers a new perspective to guests. 6 double tents catering for a maximum of 12 guests. All accommodation has en suite toilet, basin, shower and bath, hairdryer, mosquito nets and private viewing decks. Activities include: game viewing drives in open 4x4 safari vehicles; mokoro (dug-out canoe) excursions; walking safaris; special interest safaris such as birding, riverine ecology or questing for rare species; cultural visits to nearby traditional fishing villages, invigorating hot springs and iron-age archaeological sites. No children under 12 years old.

Zambezi Kulefu Camp, Central Zambia

Kulefu, “the faraway place”, is located on a permanent channel of the Zambezi shaded by massive Winter thorn Acacias which provide a cool and relaxing location to watch the world go by. The central lounge and dining area are housed in a magnificent Bedouin-style tent which gives a lovely open air feel to the setting and allows guests to feel as though they are part of the surrounding environment. Teak furniture and natural fabrics add an authentic feel to this incredible bush experience as well as providing luxurious comfort. The location is enhanced by a swimming pool right on the river bank as well as a teak deck overlooking the river. A private and tranquil camp set on the banks of the Zambezi River, 7 spacious en-suite chalets with twin or double beds and mosquito nets, all with riverfront views of the Zambezi river. Activities include: swimming pool above the river bank; guided day and night drives in open 4x4 vehicles; walking safaris; fishing for the explosive Tigerfish – one of the most sought after fresh water fish species in the world. No children under 12 years old.

Chichele Presidential Lodge, East Zambia

Formerly a private Presidential retreat, Chichele occupies one of the most breathtaking sites in the entire South Luangwa National Park. The original structures were built around 1960 and have since been transformed to create a spectacular 'turn of the century' safari lodge, designed to complement its natural surroundings. In order to exploit the wonderful floodplain vistas, the elegant Victorian-style suites are built along the edge of the hillside, each providing guests with private panoramic views. This former private Presidential retreat has 10 air conditioned Victorian-style suites all with air conditioning and en suite facilities, mini bar, hairdryer, private panoramic view. Activities include: swimming pool; game drives in the South Luangwa National Park; game walks. No children under 9 years old.

Puku Ridge Camp, East Zambia

Puku Ridge Camp is built on a hillside providing stunning vistas of the floodplain and the wildlife that frequents it. The camp is small and intimate and has been constructed to blend in to the local surroundings. Small and intimate, built unobtrusively close to the wild, 6 spacious walk-in canvas tents with panoramic view of the flood plains. All tents boast en suite facilities with indoor and outdoor showers and bath, private viewing deck, mosquito net, ceiling fan and hairdryer. Activities include: game drives; guided walks. No children under 12 years old.
