Safari Diver was set up by
divers, for divers... We have been diving for over 14 years, learning in the
UK (and continuing to dive here) and visiting many beautiful
places around the world but Africa draws us back time and again. Diving off
the east coast of southern Africa is both challenging and fascinating with
the chance to see a diverse range of thriving marine life. The variety of
on-land attractions compliments the underwater activities. We specialise
only in this area so we can offer you the best advice and service based on
our personal experience.
Why choose Safari Diver?
We only use a small selection of
lodges and dive operators so that we can guarantee a high standard of
service: in particular, the dive operators must comply with stringent
safety standards and promote reef and marine conservation. Furthermore, we discuss your wishes and design the
holiday to suit your individual or group needs; essentially you are
paying for our expertise, not just a booking service.

Could I get a better price by booking direct over the
Internet?
The price we charge you are the same rates you would pay
if you went direct but rather than spending a lot of time surfing the
web for information, we can offer help and guidance in putting your
holiday together. In some
cases our relationships with our partners may allow us to book at a
discount which we can pass on to you. We do not offer any 'price
promises' as we offer the best deal at the time of booking, not an
inflated price that can be reduced to match another company.
Am I protected?
By booking through a UK-based company you are covered by
UK consumer protection laws:
ATOL Protection - we hold an 'Air Travel Organisers Licence', issued
by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protection covers all holidays
where flights are booked as part of the package; in the unlikely event
of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded
overseas and they will arrange a refund of monies paid in advance.
Our ATOL number is 6685. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers
who book and pay in the United Kingdom.
